We are kicking off Summer with a refreshing cocktail featuring our newest year-round beer, Hazy Rays!
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz lilac syrup or simple syrup
- 2 oz of your favorite gin (We used Barr Hill Gin)
- Hazy Rays IPA
For Lilac Syrup
- 1 part water
- 2 parts sugar
- 2 parts lilac flowers
Incorporate sugar into water over heat. Steep lilac flowers for 8 hours in the syrup. Strain and chill.
For Classic Simple Syrup
- 1 part water
- 2 parts sugar
Incorporate sugar into water over heat then remove from heat and chill.
Directions
- Shake lemon juice, lilac syrup (or simple syrup), and gin with ice
- Strain over ice into a highball
- Top with Hazy Rays
