The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Kitchen Manager & Chef and Prep & Ordering Lead in the daily operation of the kitchen. This position provides leadership during service, supervises line cooks, ensures consistency in food quality, maintains food safety standards, and assists with training and kitchen organization. The Kitchen Supervisor leads by example while fostering a positive, efficient, and professional work environment.
This position reports to our Kitchen Manager + Chef and plays a vital role in maintaining the heartbeat of our Taproom’s beer, food and hospitality culture.

From maintaining an exceptionally clean and organized workspace to supporting kitchen operations proactively, this person takes pride in helping create an outstanding experience for guests. The Prep Cook & Dishwasher position reports to our Kitchen Manager + Chef and plays a vital role in maintaining the heartbeat of our Taproom’s beer, food and hospitality culture.
The Field Sales Representative (FSR) – Metro New York is primarily responsible for driving new and off premise business for Lawson’s Finest Liquids, maintaining and growing our business with current accounts, and supporting the market through events and promotions. The FSR will report directly to our State Manager – NJ + Metro NY and is essential to making our distribution goals a reality.
The Office Administrator plays a key role in keeping our business operations organized, efficient, and well-supported. This position manages a variety of administrative functions, including but not limited to vehicle fleet management, office equipment and supplies, regulatory reporting, basic IT support coordination, data gathering, and shipping support. Working closely with teams across the organization, the Office Administrator helps ensure departments have the tools, information, and administrative support they need to operate smoothly. This role reports directly to the Business Manager.

The Taproom Floor-Shift Supervisor serves as the primary floor supervisor during assigned opening and/or closing shifts, providing expanded operational coverage and supervisory support within the Taproom and Retail spaces. This role helps ensure service readiness, operational consistency, strong communication, and successful execution of opening and closing responsibilities.
