The Taproom Floor-Shift Supervisor serves as the primary floor supervisor during assigned opening and/or closing shifts, providing expanded operational coverage and supervisory support within the Taproom and Retail spaces. This role helps ensure service readiness, operational consistency, strong communication, and successful execution of opening and closing responsibilities.
The Beertender is a frontline ambassador of the Lawson’s Finest experience. Someone who exudes warmth, connects easily with others, and finds joy in creating a positive, lasting impression. They are eager to grow and share their beer knowledge while showcasing our company’s purpose and mission.
