Lawson’s Finest Homebrew Champions
We are excited to announce our 2021 Lawson’s Finest Staff Homebrew Champions, The Cream Team! Their Hopsicle tangerine cream ale won over the hearts of our staff and our fans. We can’t wait to see them brew this fantastic new beer on our 7-barrel system at the Warren Wizard’s Workshop for an on-draft feature in the Taproom to kick off 2022!
Sunshine Fund
Our November Sunshine Fund recipient is the Vermont River Conservancy. The organization is a statewide, water-focused, nonprofit land trust working to protect the waterways that enhance quality of life in Vermont. They conserve iconic swimming holes, breathtaking gorges, magnificent waterfalls, fishing and boating accesses, paddlers’ trails, wildlife corridors, watersheds and more.
They will use the Sunshine Fund donation to transform the Montpelier Confluence River Park into an inclusive outdoor space that provides public access to flowing waters of the Winooski River and the North Branch River. The site will feature an ADA-compliant walkway that descends to the shoreline and seating that overlooks the scenic river.

For the first time ever, our Triple Sunshine will be distributed to all nine states in our territory this month! Triple Sunshine is the culmination of our Sunshine series exploding with juicy notes of pineapple, grapefruit and lychee. The brew exudes potent floral and herbal aromas from a deluge of dry hopping. Our Super Session #4 will leave you craving more! The crushable session IPA features Centennial hops added late in the kettle and during dry hopping for full malt flavor and assertive hop character. Each beer in our Super Session series is brewed with the same malt base and specialty malts but features a different single-hop variety.
Our ever-popular Sip of Sunshine is lining your local shelves ready for sipping. This juicy IPA has tropical fruit character and a floral aroma that jumps from the glass!
Our Little Sip IPA is the crushable cousin of Sip of Sunshine. The brew boasts a juicy, fruit-forward character layered with tropical hop flavors and bright floral aromas. Notes of grapefruit and pineapple complement this delectably balanced beer.
This Czech-style pilsner is the fresh, crispy answer to the changing seasons. The refreshing beer is brewed with the freshest water from an aquifer deep beneath Scrag Mountain.
In the Taproom

This dark lager is brewed to perfection with traditional Munich, Vienna and Rye malts then finished with juniper berries and spruce tips. The beautiful bottle will come out at the end of the month just in time for the holidays. It’s the perfect host gift to enjoy with loved ones.
Our award-winning Maple Tripple is coming back this month with the same great flavor that’s won it two World Beer Cup awards. Bottled in October 2020, this ‘once a year beer’ is a slowly fermented single-batch brew made at our Warren Brewery during the 2019 spring sugaring season. It quietly rested for a year in oak barrels from Saxtons River Distillery that previously held Sapling maple liquor. Our recipe uses only barley, hops, yeast and concentrated maple sap from our sugaring friends in Waitsfield, VT. This ale will age elegantly for many years if kept cool and stored in a dark place. Serve at 45-50F into a snifter glass.
Fayston Maple Imperial Stout 10.1% ABV
Our Imperial Stout is brewed with loads of roasted and black malts and a hefty dose of Vermont maple syrup. The result is a rich and complex beer perfect for sipping by the fire or with a chocolatey dessert.
