The first week of November highlights Mosaic IPA (bottles and draft). Brewed with copious additions of Mosaic, this single-hop American IPA features juicy tropical flavors of mango and grapefruit combined with herbal and earthy pine character.

The week of 11/21 will feature a unique batch of Apple Brandy barrel aged Fayston Maple Imperial Stout (375ml bottles only). Make sure to try this rare and rich creation! Due to the Thursday holiday, all deliveries will occur one day earlier with the exception of Monday & Friday (which will occur those same days). This allows for our drivers to have Thanksgiving day off to enjoy time with family and friends, and still get the beer to your hands!

The above special Vermont bottle releases will be available at the Warren Store, Craft Beer Cellar Waterbury and Beverage Warehouse.

Friday November 4th, Lawson’s Finest is presenting at the Brew Your Own Boot Camp. Sean will explore techniques and timing of dry hopping, pre-boil hopping such as mash and first-wort, whirlpool/knockout hop stand additions, hop varietal choice strategies, evaluating hops, using hop extracts, and water adjustments for hop-forward beers.

Saturday November 5th from 12-3pm, the Warren Store will spotlight various Lawson’s Finest Liquids at a beer tasting.

Wednesday November 9th, Lawson’s Finest is honored to be a sponsor at the High Fives Foundation Boston Ski Show party. This event is bound to get you pumped for the upcoming ski and ride season while raising funds for a worthy organization!

We are proud to announce the release of HopScotch Whiskey on Tuesday November 15th! Made from malted barley and brewed by Sean Lawson, the wash for this Vermont single malt whiskey is a collaboration between Mad River Distillers and Lawson’s Finest Liquids. The HopScotch release party will be from 6-9pm at the Mad River Distillery Burlington location and RSVP’s are necessary ([email protected] or 802-489-5501) as space is limited. In addition to HopScotch tastings, we will be pouring a special cask of Apple Brandy barrel aged Fayston Maple Imperial Stout, Mosaic IPA, Sip of Sunshine IPA, and Super Session #2.

VT and CT will receive their usual fresh deliveries of Sip of Sunshine IPA and Super Session #2 in cans and draft. Enjoy!
