The Lawson’s Finest Liquids State Manager is responsible for driving sales growth aligned with LFL’s strategic plan in New Hampshire and Maine, nurturing and growing key retail and distribution partnerships in both states, and building brand affinity within the states. This role involves building strong relationships with key retailers, closing new business, managing the day-to-day partnership with our distributors and their sales teams, and delivering sales and budgetary objectives. State Managers are equal parts strategy and execution, with a focus on strong communication and business results.
Reporting directly to the Head of Hospitality, this role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of Taproom events, private events, and on-site activations. The Events Manager works cross-functionally with Marketing Leadership to ensure all events align with Lawson’s Finest standards and contribute to establishing the Waitsfield location as a premier destination in Central Vermont.
Reporting directly to the Head of Taproom Operations, this hourly Lead position leads the organization, presentation, inventory management, and performance of the Taproom retail program, ensuring it reflects the Lawson’s Finest brand while driving revenue and guest engagement. In equal measure, this role serves as Manager on Duty (MOD) for a minimum of four shifts per week (20-24 hours), supporting staff performance, service standards, and exceptional guest experiences.
