Meet the Brewers at Hen of the Wood

Meet brewers Sean Lawson of Lawson’s Finest Liquids and Jeremy White of Big Spruce Brewing – in all the way from Cape Bretton, Nova Scotia! – for a tap-takeover event at Hen of the Wood Burlington on Wednesday, March 20th from 5 to 7pm. The event will feature the debut of the two brewers collaboration beer MC Amalgamation Brett IPA (6.5% abv) featuring a fermentation with Brettanomyces wild yeast and a tropical fruit-forward profile of pineapple, grapefruit, guava, and peach. Also on tap for the evening will be the following special brews:

Big Spruce Brewing
Guava Get me Some (Guava IPA) – 6.4% abv
Death Cookies (New England IPA)- 6.8% abv
The Hour of Sour (Brett fermented Raspberry Sour) – 6.3% abv

Lawson’s Finest Liquids
Scrag Mountain Pilsner – 4.8% abv
Chocolate Tart Cherry Maple Imperial Stout – 10.1% abv
Double Sunshine IPA – 8.0% abv
