Our next installment of beer pairing dinners features chef and butcher Josh Turka of Waitsfield’s 5th Quarter Butcher + Provisions. Josh and our kitchen lead, Jenny, put together a wonderful menu showcasing the best Vermont-raised meat. Courses include beef tartare and chips, smoked duck breast with rhubarb compote, braised beef steamed buns, and sausage roll made with Kingdom Trails IPA. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with our finest beverages by Josh, Jenny, and Lead Educator Mark Leopold to take you on a complete flavor journey that you won’t want to miss.
