Beer and Cheese Pairing

On January 30th join us for an intimate beer and cheese pairing guided by Lawson’s Finest Liquids lead educator Mark Leopold and head of the kitchen Jenny Welch.
The focus will be on how to pair intense flavors and will feature cheeses from Vermont, New York, and Quebec and the following beers: Holiday Break Ginger Brown Ale, Barrel-Aged Fayston Maple Imperial Stout, Barrel-Aged Spruce Tip Winter Lager, and Sticky Maple Barrel-Aged Amber Ale.
Come learn, sip and eat! 6:00pm to 7:30pm.
